MEET THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

At East View Housing Management Limited we have a team of highly skilled staff, who take pride in ensuring that we offer the highest level of care and support to our residents. 

Ed Sayer

ED SAYER

DIRECTOR

Ed has a wealth of knowledge within the care sector with over 40 years experience. In 1989, Ed founded East View Housing with his wife Claire. Their aim was to provide a new community-based service which would allow residents to integrate with the local community, over time developing a fantastic reputation. 

Claire Sayer

CLAIRE SAYER

DIRECTOR

Claire joined the care sector in 1984 and has worked at various levels during her career. In 1989, Claire founded East View Housing with her husband Ed. Claire has been involved in all areas of the company from working with the residents to being part of the senior management team, and is primarily based in the finance department. 

Tim King

TIM KING

DIRECTOR

Tim joined East View Housing in 1995 as a residential support worker and then worked within day services before becoming the Manager of Reilley House Day Centre. In 1999, Tim became the General Homes Manager supporting the residential services. In 2000, Tim joined the senior management team as Operations Manager and in 2018 was appointed as a Director.

Beverley Morgan

BEVERLEY MORGAN

DIRECTOR

Beverley is a Chartered Accountant. Whilst working in practise, East View Housing was one of her clients and in 2004 the opportunity arose for Beverley to join the senior management team here. In 2018, Beverley was appointed as a director and handles the financial aspects of the company.  

Tracey Thomson

TRACEY THOMSON

MANAGER

Tracey joined East View Housing in 2014 as a Residential Sector Manager and is the Manager at 24 Tower Road and 19/25 Alexandra Road.

Tracey has worked with adults with a learning disability for about many years, 22 of those years for East Sussex County Council ( 10 years as a Manager). Tracey is committed to ensuring that the people who have chosen to live in our homes have the best life, with choices and opportunities.

Sarah Craske

SARAH CRASKE

MANAGER

Sarah started her career in care in various residential homes. Her roles have included activity organiser for a day service for people with Learning Disabilities, where Sarah progressed to Senior, Team leader and finally Manager in 2005. During her employment at the day services Sarah completed her training to achieve the level 4 Registered Managers award. Sarah joined the team at East View Housing Ltd in 2009 and is the Manager of 1 Johnson Close and 5/6 High Beech Close. 

Mandy Davison-Mitchell

MANDY DAVISON-MITCHELL

MANAGER

Mandy has worked within care in a variety of settings, domiciliary care, nursing homes and acquired brain injury units. Whilst working at the ABI unit Mandy completed her training to achieve the Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Health and Social Care. Mandy started working for East View Housing in 2019 as a Deputy Manager, and immediately found she loved working within a residential environment for adults with learning disabilities. Mandy has progressed within East View Housing and is the Manager of 370 The Ridge and 20 Newlands Close.

Sarah Rickaby

SARAH RICKABY

MANAGER

Sarah started working in Adult Social Care in 1995 and was working in Respite and Residential services, alongside this she was studying Health and Social Care at the local college.  Her career started as a Support Worker in a large care service which supported adults with needs that challenge; It wasn’t long before she had worked her way to the position of Senior Support Worker and then to Deputy Manager.  Sarah joined the team at East View Housing Ltd in 2009 and is the Manager of 368 The Ridge, 51, 51a and 51b Chapel Park Road.
