Residential Support Worker

We are looking to recruit Residential Support Workers within our services based in Hastings and St Leonards on sea.

The successful applicants will work as part of a team supporting adults with learning disabilities and needs that challenge. This is a exciting and rewarding role, you will play a significant part in supporting individuals to make their own decisions about how they want to live their lives. All residents have an individual life-plan, which adopts a person centred approach.

All new employees can expect to receive a full induction and in the first year of employment will be expected to complete all mandatory training, which will include courses such as, First Aid, Moving and Handling, Risk assessment and Key-working.
