An independent, confidential telephone service providing free practical advice and guidance is available to all staff.

Annual Leave

Our annual leave year runs from April to March and is very competitive.

Child Care Vouchers

By joining the scheme, East View Housing staff can agree to replace part of their total remuneration package with childcare vouchers. These vouchers are exempt from income tax and NI contributions and therefore represent a saving for most staff who use them to purchase childcare.

Maternity and Paternity Leave

All permanent female staff receive a full maternity leave package, with time off for ante-natal appointments.

Training and Development

East View Housing is committed to providing a good standard of training for its staff and you would be encouraged to participate in appropriate training courses. The Association holds the Investor in People award, which acknowledges the emphasis we place on staff learning and development.
